Step 1 - Making a Complaint About An Architect

ARB investigates complaints about registered architects. Before submitting your complaint, you should check that the person you are making a complaint about is registered with us:

If you cannot find the person you want to complain about on the Register and they are calling themselves an architect, it may be that they are doing so illegally. You can contact us at info@arb.org.uk or on 020 7580 5861 so we can check their credentials or ask us to investigate a misuse of title case by completing the following form .
